Plant Head

The Plant Head will oversee complete manufacturing operations for the Manesar facility, managing production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This senior leadership role requires extensive automotive manufacturing experience and proven operational excellence capabilities.

• Lead all manufacturing operations including production planning, execution, and quality assurance
• Manage plant P&L, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve operational targets
• Drive safety culture, environmental compliance, and 5S implementation across the facility
• Implement lean manufacturing, kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies for productivity enhancement
• Lead cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and regulatory requirements

• 12+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing with at least 5 years in plant management roles
• B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, TPS (Toyota Production System), and operational excellence
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations (500+ employees)
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms
• Excellent leadership, people management, and change management capabilities
• Experience with automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and digital manufacturing is a plus
