We are seeking a Principal Engineer to architect and build next-generation learning platforms that personalize education for millions of students. You will lead technical innovation in adaptive learning, content delivery, and student engagement technologies.

• Architect scalable learning management systems capable of serving 100M+ concurrent learners
• Design adaptive learning algorithms that personalize content based on student performance and behavior
• Build high-performance video streaming and content delivery infrastructure for educational content
• Lead technical teams in developing mobile-first applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Implement analytics frameworks to measure learning outcomes, engagement, and student progress
• Drive innovation in educational technologies including gamification, AR/VR, and AI-powered tutoring

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in edtech or consumer product companies
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Strong experience with mobile app development, video streaming (HLS, DASH), and CDN optimization
• Knowledge of machine learning, recommendation systems, and adaptive learning algorithms
• Proven track record of building products at scale serving millions of users
• Excellent technical leadership skills with experience mentoring senior engineers
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
