Principal Security Architect

We are looking for a Principal Security Architect to lead the enterprise security architecture practice and protect our digital banking infrastructure serving millions of customers. This strategic role involves designing security frameworks, driving threat modeling initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling business innovation.

• Define and evolve the enterprise security architecture strategy for banking applications, mobile platforms, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead threat modeling exercises and security design reviews for all major technology initiatives
• Architect zero-trust security frameworks and identity & access management solutions at enterprise scale
• Drive security assessments, penetration testing programs, and vulnerability management practices
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and other banking security standards
• Collaborate with CISOs, CTOs, and business leaders to balance security requirements with business objectives

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in security architecture roles
• Deep expertise in application security, network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and identity management
• Strong understanding of banking/financial services security requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience with security tools including SIEM, DLP, WAF, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or equivalent highly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
