Principal Software Architect

We are seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale software systems for our global clients. This role demands technical excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural best practices across multiple product lines.

• Define and drive the technical architecture strategy for large-scale enterprise applications serving millions of users
• Lead architectural reviews, design discussions, and technology evaluations for multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor senior engineers and architects across teams on design patterns, system scalability, and cloud-native architectures
• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across development teams
• Drive proof-of-concepts and technology spikes to evaluate emerging technologies and their business applicability

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in architecture roles
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET with hands-on experience in multiple technology stacks
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications at scale
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
