The Regional Retail Manager will oversee store operations, merchandising, and team performance across 40+ stores in South region. This role demands operational excellence, customer focus, and commercial acumen to drive sales growth and profitability.

• Manage end-to-end retail operations for 40+ stores across Tamil Nadu and Kerala ensuring operational excellence
• Drive sales targets, footfall conversion, and profitability metrics across the region
• Lead store managers and retail teams through coaching, performance reviews, and capability development
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and customer service excellence across stores
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for seasonal launches and promotions
• Implement cost control measures, shrinkage reduction initiatives, and process improvements

• 9+ years of retail operations experience with at least 4 years managing multiple stores
• Proven track record in fashion retail with strong commercial and P&L management skills
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing large field teams
• Deep understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and retail analytics
• Strong customer orientation with ability to drive service excellence
• Graduate degree required; retail management certification or MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (50-60% travel expected)
