Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will lead enterprise sales for West India, managing a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth in the CRM and customer service software segment. This role requires strategic account planning and complex deal negotiation skills.

• Drive regional revenue targets of ₹40-50 Cr annually across enterprise and mid-market segments
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 8-10 Account Executives and Solution Consultants
• Develop strategic account plans for Fortune 500 and large Indian enterprises
• Conduct C-level executive meetings and presentations to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales cycles
• Represent Freshworks at industry events, conferences, and customer roundtables

• 9+ years of B2B/enterprise software sales experience with 4+ years in team leadership
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of ₹30Cr+
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, pricing models, and enterprise procurement
• Experience selling to CXOs and senior decision-makers in large organizations
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from top-tier institution preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
