Sales Manager Real Estate

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium residential projects in Gurugram and NCR. This role requires managing channel partner relationships, direct client acquisition, and achieving quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury real estate sales and a strong network of brokers and HNI clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium residential projects valued at ₹2-10 crores per unit
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants across NCR
• Generate leads through direct client outreach, referrals, property exhibitions, and digital campaigns
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer onboarding
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide strategic inputs to leadership

• 9+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with premium or luxury residential projects
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-value real estate transactions
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients in Delhi NCR
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and legal processes
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Real Estate preferred
• Willingness to work weekends and travel within NCR as required
