• Design and implement comprehensive security architecture for banking applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis for critical banking systems
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with RBI, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 guidelines
• Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to embed security by design principles
• Evaluate and deploy advanced security technologies including SIEM, DLP, IAM, and endpoint protection solutions
• Conduct security audits, penetration testing coordination, and incident response planning

• 10-14 years of experience in information security with at least 5 years in security architecture roles
• Strong expertise in network security, application security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and identity management
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services security requirements and regulatory compliance
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or SANS GIAC preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Proven experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, OWASP) and risk management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams
