Senior Data Scientist - AI/ML

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced ML models that power personalization, recommendations, and search algorithms. You will work with petabyte-scale data to drive business impact across millions of users.

• Design and implement machine learning models for personalization, search ranking, and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy models at scale
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business decisions
• Develop A/B testing frameworks to measure model performance and impact
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for ML development
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to solve complex business problems

• 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hive, or Hadoop
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
