Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our ML Platform team and drive personalization and recommendation systems at scale. You will work on building advanced machine learning models that impact millions of users daily. This role offers an opportunity to solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques.

• Design and develop machine learning models for personalization, recommendation, and search ranking systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy ML solutions in production at scale
• Conduct A/B experiments and analyze metrics to measure model performance and business impact
• Build automated pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and deployment
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in ML development
• Stay updated with latest research in ML/AI and evaluate new techniques for business applications

• 6+ years of experience in data science with strong focus on machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost
• Strong understanding of recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and optimization techniques
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into ML solutions
