Senior Design Engineer - Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our Infrastructure division for mega civil engineering projects including elevated corridors, metro rail, and highway developments. This role involves leading design teams, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and driving innovation in structural design.

• Lead structural design for metro rail, flyovers, and expressway projects worth ₹500+ crores
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and Tekla
• Ensure compliance with IRC, IS codes, and international standards (Eurocodes, AASHTO)
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and consultants for design approvals
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering exercises, and optimize material utilization
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to design team of 8-10 members

• 7-10 years of design experience in civil/structural engineering for infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Staad Pro, MIDAS, Tekla Structures, and BIM tools (Revit)
• Strong knowledge of IRC codes, IS codes, and design standards for bridges and elevated structures
• Experience in preparing detailed design calculations, reports, and construction drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Structural Engineering preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to visit project sites periodically across South India
