Senior DevOps Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineering Lead to build and scale our cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical payment systems. You will architect highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure while leading a team of DevOps engineers to ensure 99.99% uptime for our platform.

• Lead and mentor a team of 8+ DevOps engineers to build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and Ansible
• Architect highly available, fault-tolerant systems to support mission-critical payment processing at scale
• Establish security best practices, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery protocols for PCI-DSS certified infrastructure
• Drive performance optimization, cost management, and capacity planning initiatives across cloud resources
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, and system reliability

• 7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in AWS/GCP services, Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience managing infrastructure for fintech or high-compliance environments (PCI-DSS, SOC2)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
