The Senior Engineering Manager - Healthcare AI will lead the development of AI-powered diagnostic tools, patient management systems, and telemedicine platforms. This role combines healthcare domain expertise with cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.

• Lead engineering teams developing AI-powered diagnostic tools for radiology, pathology, and clinical decision support
• Drive architecture and implementation of hospital management systems, EMR platforms, and telemedicine solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ABDM) and establish robust data security practices
• Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals to translate medical requirements into technical solutions
• Manage product roadmap, technical strategy, and delivery of healthcare technology initiatives
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams specializing in healthcare technology and AI

• 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in engineering management roles
• Strong experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or clinical systems development
• Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare (computer vision for medical imaging preferred)
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks (Python, Java, cloud platforms) and healthcare interoperability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills working with clinical, operations, and business teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
