We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy ML models that power critical systems including dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and route optimization. This role involves working with petabytes of data to solve complex real-world problems affecting millions of daily rides. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build scalable ML infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for pricing optimization, demand prediction, and fraud detection
• Build scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to process real-time data from millions of rides daily
• Conduct A/B experiments to validate model performance and measure business impact
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems
• Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for large-scale deployment
• Establish MLOps best practices including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous training

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) and cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and time series forecasting
• Proven track record of delivering business impact through ML solutions in consumer-facing applications
• Strong software engineering skills with knowledge of distributed systems and API development
