Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Operations

The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Operations will lead the bank's security operations center (SOC) and incident response team, protecting critical financial infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. This is a high-impact role ensuring the security and trust of millions of banking customers.

• Lead 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) managing threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with RBI guidelines and global security standards
• Oversee security incident response, forensics investigations, and post-incident remediation activities
• Manage security tools including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, and threat intelligence platforms
• Conduct security risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits across banking applications
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure comprehensive security posture

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 4+ years in security operations or incident response management
• Deep knowledge of banking security, payment systems security, and regulatory compliance (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)
• Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), endpoint security, and threat intelligence
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, and cloud security principles
• Experience leading security incident response and managing security operations teams
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC strongly preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
