Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to build products that delight customers and drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to impact millions of users globally while working from the Chennai product hub.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, market research, and business goals
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories and specifications
• Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and usage patterns to drive data-informed decisions
• Work with go-to-market teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, NPS), and product-led growth
• Proven track record of launching successful products and features that drive business outcomes
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Technical background with ability to work effectively with engineering teams (MBA with engineering background preferred)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA from premier institution is a strong plus
