Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for our enterprise customer engagement platform. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with engineering and design teams, and drive features that delight thousands of enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS.

• Define and execute product roadmap for enterprise features with revenue impact of $50M+
• Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time
• Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and market trends to drive data-informed decisions
• Work with go-to-market teams to drive product adoption and customer success
• Present product strategy and results to leadership and key stakeholders

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong technical background with ability to understand APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving business outcomes
• Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• MBA or engineering degree from premier institutions preferred
• Experience in customer engagement, CRM, or support software is a plus
