We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Associate to lead equity research projects for global financial institutions. This role involves conducting in-depth industry analysis, financial modeling, and delivering actionable investment insights to institutional clients.

• Conduct comprehensive equity research covering sectors like BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods
• Build complex financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and LBO models
• Analyze company financials, industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factors
• Prepare detailed research reports, earnings updates, and investment recommendations for clients
• Mentor junior analysts and review research deliverables for quality and accuracy
• Interact with client teams to understand research requirements and present findings effectively

• 8+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting standards
• Deep sector knowledge with ability to analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscapes
• MBA, CFA, or CA qualification from reputed institutions strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple research assignments
