Senior Research Associate - Equity Research

Join our Equity Research team to deliver high-quality investment research and analysis for global clients. You'll cover specific sectors, build financial models, and provide actionable insights to institutional investors.

• Conduct comprehensive equity research analysis covering assigned sectors including BFSI, Pharma, or Technology
• Build and maintain complex financial models, DCF valuations, and peer comparison frameworks
• Prepare detailed research reports, investment notes, and earnings updates for institutional clients
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting coverage universe
• Participate in client interactions, conference calls, and presentations to discuss research findings
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability building initiatives

• 6+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis roles
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles
• Deep sector knowledge in at least one major industry vertical
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or MBA from premier institution required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial databases
• Experience working with global clients and understanding of international markets preferred
