Senior Supply Chain Technology Lead

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Technology Lead to drive innovation in Flipkart's logistics and fulfillment technology stack. You will build systems optimizing warehouse operations, delivery networks, and inventory management at unprecedented scale. This role combines deep technical expertise with supply chain domain knowledge to solve complex optimization problems.

• Lead design and development of supply chain management systems for warehouse automation and inventory optimization
• Build route optimization, demand forecasting, and capacity planning algorithms handling millions of SKUs
• Architect real-time tracking, order management, and fulfillment orchestration platforms
• Collaborate with operations teams to digitize manual processes and improve supply chain efficiency
• Implement IoT solutions for warehouse automation, robotics integration, and asset tracking
• Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and machine learning models for supply chain optimization

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with focus on supply chain, logistics, or operations technology
• Strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, and database technologies
• Experience with optimization algorithms, operations research, or machine learning for supply chain applications
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or inventory systems
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages with understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work on complex, ambiguous challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; background in industrial engineering is a plus
