Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Analyst will work closely with senior consultants and partners to deliver high-impact strategic recommendations to C-suite executives. This role involves deep analytical work, client engagement, and driving business transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic recommendations
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options
• Lead workstreams independently and manage junior team members on client engagements
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective stakeholder management

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
• MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM, ISB, or equivalent international business school)
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic frameworks, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering impactful recommendations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking approach
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required
