We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead campus and lateral hiring for our Technology Business Unit. This role requires building talent pipelines, driving recruitment innovation, and partnering with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets of 3000+ resources annually.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Technology BU including campus and lateral hiring
• Manage a team of 15+ recruiters and coordinators to achieve monthly hiring targets
• Build strong relationships with premier engineering colleges and develop campus recruitment programs
• Implement recruitment analytics, metrics, and dashboards to drive data-based decisions
• Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers for workforce planning and talent strategy
• Drive employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring, and candidate experience improvements

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years in IT/technology recruitment
• Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring (1000+ hires annually)
• Strong expertise in campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and niche technology skills acquisition
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment automation, and AI-driven sourcing tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skill requirements, and market compensation trends
• MBA in HR or related field preferred; PHR/SHRM certification is a plus
