The Trade Marketing Manager will drive visibility, distribution, and activation excellence for Marico's portfolio across modern trade and e-commerce channels. This role involves designing shopper-centric strategies, managing trade investments, and collaborating with sales and brand teams.

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share across MT and e-commerce channels
• Design in-store activation programs, visibility solutions, and merchandising standards to enhance shopper experience
• Manage trade marketing budgets of ₹15+ crores ensuring optimal ROI on promotional spends
• Collaborate with brand teams to translate marketing campaigns into channel-specific activation plans
• Conduct market visits, competitor tracking, and shopper insights studies to identify opportunities
• Partner with key accounts (DMart, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart) to execute joint business plans and innovations

• MBA from tier-1/2 institution with 7+ years in trade marketing or channel marketing roles in FMCG
• Strong expertise in modern trade, e-commerce, and quick commerce channel dynamics
• Proven ability to design and execute high-impact visibility and activation programs
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Nielsen/Kantar data analysis and Excel modeling
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, and external partners
• Creative thinking with ability to translate consumer insights into trade solutions
• Strong project management and budget management capabilities
