Category Head - Personal Care

The Category Head for Personal Care will own the strategic direction and P&L for our hair care and grooming portfolio. This leadership role requires driving brand equity, market share growth, and innovation pipeline while managing cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute category strategy to drive market leadership and revenue growth across personal care portfolio
• Manage annual brand plans, budgets, and P&L with accountability for top and bottom-line performance
• Lead consumer insights, product innovation, and new product development initiatives
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels with agency partners
• Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to optimize distribution and visibility
• Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions

• 10+ years of brand management experience in FMCG with at least 5 years in personal care or beauty categories
• Proven track record of managing large brands with strong P&L accountability
• Deep understanding of consumer insights, market research, and brand positioning
• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in new product launches and innovation pipeline management
• MBA from premier business schools (IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI preferred)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strategic thinking ability
