• Own end-to-end category management including selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning
• Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Build and manage relationships with key vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and onboard new brands
• Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute merchandising campaigns, deals, and promotional events to maximize conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to enhance customer experience

• 7+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or retail buying
• Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering revenue and profitability targets
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills with experience managing commercial relationships
• Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• MBA from tier-1 institute preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
