Hospital Administrator - Multispecialty Operations

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of our 300+ bed multispecialty facility in Delhi NCR. This leadership role demands expertise in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and driving clinical and financial performance.

• Oversee complete hospital operations including clinical services, patient care, and administrative functions
• Drive occupancy rates, patient satisfaction scores (NPS 70+), and operational efficiency metrics
• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and regulatory standards including bio-medical waste management
• Manage P&L responsibility with annual budgets exceeding ₹100 crores
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 400+ staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols aligned with JCI standards

• 10-15 years of hospital administration experience in multispecialty or tertiary care hospitals
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or Healthcare Management from reputed institution
• Strong understanding of NABH accreditation, clinical governance, and healthcare regulations
• Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving financial and operational targets
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate with doctors, consultants, and board members
• Experience with hospital management software (HMIS/HIS) and data analytics
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management capabilities
