HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs
• Lead organizational change management and restructuring initiatives

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement programs across business units

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP or generalist roles
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand and influence business strategy
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and driving HR transformation
• MBA in HR or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Experience in IT services or large-scale organizations is highly desirable
