Internal Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to lead comprehensive audit engagements for our clients across manufacturing, BFSI, and technology sectors. This role demands strong analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to drive process improvements.

• Plan and execute end-to-end internal audit assignments including risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance testing
• Lead audit teams of 3-5 members and manage multiple concurrent audit engagements
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risk implications, and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with client management to implement robust internal control frameworks and governance structures
• Conduct fraud investigations and forensic audits when required
• Mentor junior auditors and contribute to practice development initiatives

• CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA qualification mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, preferably with Big 4 or leading audit firms
• Strong knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, Companies Act 2013, and COSO frameworks
• Experience in enterprise risk management and SOX compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Advanced proficiency in audit tools and data analytics software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with presentation capabilities
