Security Operations Manager

We are hiring a Security Operations Manager to lead our 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) managing threat detection and incident response for enterprise clients. This role involves building and leading a team while establishing robust security frameworks.

• Manage and lead a team of 15-20 security analysts across shifts in the Security Operations Center
• Oversee threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response operations
• Establish and refine security monitoring procedures, playbooks, and escalation protocols
• Coordinate with clients during security incidents and provide detailed forensic analysis reports
• Implement SIEM solutions, threat hunting practices, and security automation workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST)

• 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in SOC or incident response roles
• Strong knowledge of security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and threat intelligence platforms
• Experience with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls
• Proven leadership experience managing security teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder responses
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with experience in malware analysis and digital forensics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
