Senior AI/ML Solutions Lead

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Solutions Lead to drive the development and deployment of AI solutions for global enterprise clients. This role involves leading AI projects from conception to production, working with large datasets, and building scalable ML systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage with clients to understand their AI requirements.

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development for enterprise clients across multiple industries
• Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines and MLOps frameworks
• Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists on best practices and methodologies
• Conduct client workshops to identify AI opportunities and translate business problems into ML solutions
• Implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions using latest AI technologies
• Stay current with AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into production systems

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven track record of delivering production ML systems
• Strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML frameworks with cloud ML experience
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, model monitoring, deployment)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies
• Excellent client-facing skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
