Senior Cybersecurity Manager - Threat Intelligence

Lead the Threat Intelligence and Security Operations team to protect critical banking infrastructure and customer data from evolving cyber threats. This strategic role involves managing incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring across the bank's extensive digital ecosystem. You'll work with cutting-edge security technologies and collaborate with global security teams.

• Lead the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response for critical security events
• Develop and implement threat intelligence programs to proactively identify and mitigate emerging cyber threats
• Oversee security monitoring, threat hunting, and forensic investigations across banking applications and infrastructure
• Manage relationships with external security vendors, CERTs, and law enforcement agencies
• Design and conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of security analysts and incident responders while establishing security playbooks

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in leadership roles within banking or financial services
• Deep expertise in threat intelligence platforms, SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar), and security orchestration (SOAR)
• Strong knowledge of banking security standards, RBI guidelines, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience managing security incidents, breach response, and crisis management in high-pressure environments
• Hands-on experience with advanced threat detection tools, EDR/XDR solutions, and forensic analysis
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to present security risks to executive leadership
