ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer to build recommendation systems, search ranking algorithms, and personalization models that drive customer engagement. You will work on AI solutions that impact millions of daily transactions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for recommendation engines and personalization at scale
• Build and optimize search ranking algorithms to improve product discoverability and conversion rates
• Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
• Work with petabyte-scale data using distributed computing frameworks like Spark and Hadoop
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with focus on recommendation systems or ranking
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Expertise in deep learning, NLP, and large-scale distributed ML systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
• Experience in e-commerce, search, or recommendation systems is highly preferred
